Ingredients:
- 1 can of chickpeas
- Garlic Powder
- Cayenne 
- Lemon Juice 
- Salt 
(Added ingredients around the hummus - Roasted red peppers and baby potatoes)

Method:
- Mince the chick peas and add above ingredients!
- Serve cold!
