- Half cup oats soaked in half cup water until the liquid is absorbed
- Half cup oat milk
- Half cup coconut yoghurt
- Heaped tbsp peanut butter
- Two fresh dates (or one tbsp maple syrup)
- Two big handfuls of berries of choice (Recommended; strawberries and blueberries)
- Blend and serve!
